Temperatures differences inside and outside the crypt chamber create uneven air pressures causing the crypts to "breathe". Franklin Wrap takes advantage of this by providing a vehicle that air may pass through and is also impervious to crypt gnats.

This is a photo of an installed filter with the protective cover off. We have used micro mesh monofilament screening to assure longevity. The vent has a self adhesive backing that meets the rigorous requirements of the defense department.
